Unimax Uniform Return / Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the uniform package.  However, for back to school orders returns and exchanges are accepted till end September.  

Any discrepancy in your order should be notified within 7 days of receipt of the uniform package.  Please check all the items you have received right away (even if your child doesn’t plan to wear them for a few months).

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been either washed, labeled, worn or if any alteration has been done to the garment.  We cannot accept soiled or damaged items unless there is a manufacturer’s defect, in which case please let us know as soon as possible as we will be glad to fix the defect or have the garment replaced if it cannot be fixed

When sending items back for a refund or exchange, please fill out the return and exchange form provided and put the uniforms in a bag with your name clearly marked on the outside. This helps for faster service on our end and eliminates any confusion.
